Terms and Conditions: 

  • This year’s Grant is open to any financial ADA NSW Member who completed their studies in the years 2017-2023, and is not serving a current term in office on the ADA NSW Board or Council.
  • The Grant is for two Awards this year including one $5,000 first prize and one $2,500 runners-up prize (valued at a total of $7,500) to spend on professional development at ADA NSW Centre for professional Development between June 2024 and June 2025.
  • A practitioner can only submit one application per year. Any practitioner who receives this grant cannot apply again.
  • All correctly completed applications will be assessed and reviewed by the Grant panel, comprising of the ADA NSW President, Vice-President and CEO. The Grant will be presented to the successful candidate in June 2024, with advance notice provided earlier.
  • The practitioner who receives this Grant will be profiled in relevant ADA NSW and BOQ Specialist publications and digital communications including on ADA NSW social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.


Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Applicants must be current financial ADA NSW members
• Applicants must have a CPD log of activities undertaken in the last two years, or since graduation if less than two years
• Must not be serving a current term of office on the ADA NSW Board or Council.


Application Details:

1. Applications close COB Friday 31 May 2024.

2. The ADA NSW BOQ Specialist Recent Graduate Grant consists of four sections:

Section 1: Personal and practice details
Section 2: Personal career and CPD plan
Section 3: Dental Practice CPD log
Section 4: Declaration.

Only completed applications will be considered.
