How a team approaches a tumultuous period, will determine if the storm ‘makes or breaks the team’.
This program aims to enable individuals with the skills and mindset to approach conflict proactively within their teams. This program is not specific to leaders, and instead, it focuses on providing tools that are applicable to all people, at all levels.
The program utilises facilitated discussions and hands-on training.
