Enabling leaders with the skills to reduce conflict and promote productive cultures.
Leadership is inherently difficult and lonely.
It can be made even more challenging when leaders are faced with cultural issues inside their teams. This is particularly true when a clear path forward is not immediately evident.
This program aims to provide leaders with a collection of tools and perspectives to assist them in navigating the complex environment of team dynamics, leaving them more confident and focused.
Facilitators of this program approach discussions through a lens of their own personal failures as leaders (inside the military and corporate contexts), and not from any moral high ground.
The course utilises facilitated discussions and hands-on training.
