The Advisory Services team has had another busy year in 2024. The Peer Advisors have assisted members 1, 330 times which is similar to 2023, when they assisted 1,290 times.
Although the number of incident notifications slightly decreased, unfortunately the number of complaints and claims against our members slightly increased.
