Two newly refurbished dental surgery rooms available for lease in BMA House, Macquarie Street, Sydney.

Operating adjacent to a referral-based implant/restorative practice, the rooms are available on a daily basis at a rate of $700 per day plus GST.

The rent includes all hardware such as Sirona M1 chairs (maintained by our chair technician), sterilising equipment, x-ray machine, and all utilities such as internet, water and electricity etc.

Both surgeries have dual compressors and dual suction motors in case of a breakdown, and we service and maintain the autoclave.
