Dr Amanda Law graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, the University Medal and First Class Honours. During her undergraduate course, Amanda was conferred numerous awards, including anatomy, histology, anaesthesia, endodontics, paediatric dentistry and restorative/clinical dentistry. Upon graduation she returned to work at the University of Sydney as an Associate Lecturer in Restorative dentistry whilst also working in private practice as a general dentist.
In 2002, she obtained her Fellowship to the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and completed a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Dentistry (Endodontics) followed by a Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry (Endodontics) from the University of Melbourne in 2004. She returned to Sydney to commence specialist endodontic practice and continued teaching as a Clinical Associate (specialist endodontist) with the University of Sydney School of Dentistry, working with senior dental students in specialist endodontic clinics at the Westmead Centre of Oral Health for several years before concentrating on private practice and family.
She is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Society of Endodontology and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Endodontists. Amanda has been in practice as an endodontist for nearly 17 years.
