Dr Richards has been a specialist endodontist in full time private practice in Sydney since 2006. She is involved in teaching use of the microscope for post graduate endodontic students and has lectured locally and internationally. Donna served on the NSW Branch ASE committee from 2006 to 2018 and is a past president of the ASE NSW Branch. She served as NSW Federal Councillor from 2014-2019 and served as Federal president of the ASE from 2016-2018.
