We’d like to remind all dental practitioners that free support and access to counselling is available to you and your family members through the 24/7 Dental Practitioner Support service. Call 1800 377 700 or visit www.dpsupport.org.au.
The NSW Government has a webpage with mental health resources for dental practitioners and their teams currently experiencing difficulties at this time. The webpage includes various free mental health information services:

Alternatively, consider visiting your GP to discuss your mental health. There are a range of Medicare-supported services that you can access.
